My wife and I would like to thank you and all your associate travel agents
at Saints Petersburg and Moscow for a well co-ordinated and very
professional conduct of the tour.
We were met punctually on time at all the airports, train stations and at
the hotels. Both the guides were very knowledgeable and took great care of
us even when my wife's shoes got wet in the snow in Saint Petersburg, Elena
(spelling?) showed us to a shop in town to get a new pair before proceeding
on with the tour.
All in all, we had a most memorable first impression of your great country.
Although there is more to be done in terms of infrastructure (trains, hotels
and shopping malls), I am confident Russia will grow to be an attractive
destination for tourist. Once again thank you for your fine and professional
