The Hotel is situated on the shore of the lake near the center of the city. It was built in 1992.
Hotel has:
49 places: 3 SGL rooms, 12 TWIN/DBL rooms, 2 superior DBL rooms (with extra sofa-beds). A TV set in each room. There is a restaurnat, a sauna, a shop, and a parking lot in the hotel.

Our comments.
The hotel is renovated. The big parking lot is located near the hotel. There are no elevators. At the weekend due to the disco in the bar it may be noisy.
