HOW TO BOOK
Please, fill in the train ticket reservation form below.
Note, that due to the rules of Russian Railways, tickets can be obtained not
earlier than 45 days before departure.
After you submit the form, we will contact you with the confirmation email
and payment information.
In this e-mail we will propose you trains available on the date(s) you
specify, or a particular train, if you specify the train you wish to take.
For group booking you can send us e-mail with the list of passengers and
other required information (as given in the form).
DELIVERY
Tickets are delivered free of charge to the reception of hotels in Moscow and St.Petersburg.
Some hotels do not accept packages for their guests. In this case, we will offer alternative options
of ticket delivery.
You can also book a meeting transfer and we will deliver your tickets with a driver.
The delivery in any other Russian city and outside Russia is provided by
express courier mail and requires additional payment.
Today on most of the trains e-ticket is available. Having received an e-ticket the passenger is to obtain
a paper ticket at the ticket-office or at the ticket terminal (available in big cities) at the railway station.
Electronic registration is possible at some trains. The traveller is only required to show his/her passport upon boarding
the train.
PAYMENT
We accept VISA and MC/EC Cards.
