Our comments.
Dostoevsky Hotel is a standard 3* hotel is located in the very center of St. Petersburg right near the metro station. The lobby is not big and it can be crowded during the high season. There is no convenient place near the hotel to park a car or a bus. Some rooms overlook the inner atrium of the hotel and Vladimirsky shopping mall.
